 Call me Old School While AI continues to transform executive recruiting and talent acquisition, it has its limitations.  AI cannot hear the hesitation in a candidate’s voice when they discuss a potential career move, and it cannot forge genuine, lasting relationships on complex, high-stakes assignments where confidence and discretion are paramount. Finally, it cannot interpret what a hiring manager or candidate needs beyond the words listed on paper. Technology may streamline the process, but human intuition, empathy, and judgment will always close the search. I prefer the human touch.  What about you? Lance

 Mindset Most people think success is built on skills, timing, or luck. But in reality those mean very little if your mindset is working against you. Here are 3 subtle mindset shifts that changed everything for me: 1.       From "Why is this happening to me?" to "What is this teaching me?" Failure isn't the opposite of success; it's a prerequisite. 2.       From "I have to" to "I get to." Gratitude completely alters your energy and execution. 3.       From "I'm not ready" to "I'll learn as I go." Clarity comes from action, not overthinking. Skills can be taught. Strategy can be copied. But your mindset is your ultimate competitive advantage.
